Veal, known the world over for its delicate flavor and richness, is a cornerstone of the Meats By Linz line of products.We only use veal that is all natural, milk-fed and free of hormones. Lighter in color and finer in texture than beef, our veal products nonetheless retain a richness that makes it an essential part of just about any fine dining menu.
