elevated pairings. These seasonal cocktail and steak combinations are designed to inspire your
beverage and food programs. From smoky margarita riffs to beer-based builds that hold up to

1. El Granjero (Tequila-Based Summer Cocktail)
Ingredients:

      • 2 oz Reposado Tequila
      • 0.75 oz Aperol
      • 0.75 oz Roasted bell pepper agave syrup
      • 0.5 oz Fresh orange juice
      • 0.75 oz Fresh lime juice

      Instructions:

      • Add all ingredients to a shaking tin
      • Shake well
      • Double strain into a rocks glass with a smoked Tajin rim
      • Garnish with:
        • Roasted bell pepper
        • Fresh mint

      Flavor Profile:

      • A smoky, earthy twist on a classic margarita

      Ingredients:

      • 2 oz Bourbon or Rye Whiskey
      • 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
      • 0.75 oz Bordeaux syrup (made from Merlot, Malbec & Cabernet, reduced with sugar)
      • 0.75 oz Cointreau
      • Egg white (optional)

      Instructions:

      • Add all ingredients to a shaking tin
      • Dry shake first if using egg white
      • Shake again with ice
      • Double strain into a martini glass
      • Garnish with a lemon twist

      • A twist on the New York Sour
      • Rich, citrusy, with smooth red wine depth

      • Add ingredients (except beer) to a shaking tin
      • Shake and double strain into a frosted beer mug
      • Top with your favorite IPA
      • Garnish with a lemon wedge
