Andrew Rohrer

Director of Procurement

A graduate of Southern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Hospitality, Andrew brings extensive foodservice and purchasing experience to the Meats by Linz team.

Prior to joining Meats by Linz, Andrew served as Director of Purchasing for Levy Restaurants at Guaranteed Rate Field, where he oversaw procurement operations in a high-volume, premier hospitality environment. He also held the role of Food Service Director with ARAMARK at the University of Chicago, leading large-scale dining operations and ensuring exceptional quality and service standards.

In his current role at Meats by Linz, Andrew focuses on working closely with the sales and customer service teams to deliver the highest possible level of customer satisfaction. He is dedicated to maintaining — and exceeding — customer expectations through collaboration, communication, and a commitment to excellence.

Outside of work, Andrew proudly volunteers daily within their own “little community” — raising five children (four girls, ages 16–20). He believes the greatest contribution he can make to his community, city, state, and country is raising good humans and future leaders.
