
Brooke Rapchak
Director of Marketing
Brooke joined Meats by Linz in 2020 and was promoted to Director of Marketing in 2024. As the lead of the marketing team, Brooke oversees all brand initiatives for Meats by Linz and Linz Heritage Angus including brand management, advertising, public relations, marketing strategy, and agency partner management. During her time at Meats by Linz, she has rebranded the 60-year-old company, launched brand anthem videos, a new corporate website, and incorporated live events in the yearly marketing calendar. Prior to joining the company, Brooke was the Marketing Communications Manager for White Lodging and the Digital Communications Manager for Sour Punch and Red Vines candy brands. Brooke’s work for the Red Vines’ brand has been featured in AdAge and PRWeek. She completed the IRG CMO Leadership Program in 2024 alongside other leading marketing professionals and serves on the SheCreate board to help empower women in Northwest Indiana. Brooke earned her degree in Public Relations from Winona State University, where she was a four year student-athlete in gymnastics.
