Director Warehouse & Logistics

Oscar joined Meats by Linz in 2022 as Director of Logistics and was quickly promoted to Director of Warehousing and Logistics in 2023. He is focused on building structure throughout the departments, developing training programs, implementing technology improvements, developing KPIs, and developing standardization throughout the distribution centers. Oscar comes to Meats by Linz with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry. Prior to joining Meats by Linz, Oscar was a Senior Warehouse and Facilities Manager at Martin Brower, where he was responsible for developing cost-effective schedules, reducing product damages, creating SOPs, improving order dispatch time by 15%, and improving order reliability from 94% to 98%. Throughout his career he’s spent time at Hearthside Foods, Pitney Bowes, Deal Genius, and V&V Supremo Foods. Oscar’s impressive resume has made a direct impact on our growing logistics and warehousing departments. Outside of work, Oscar serves as a bivocational pastor – providing weekly bible study for his community in Spanish.
