
Pat Ansboury
Senior Director of Production
Pat joined Meats by Linz in 2025 as the Senior Director of Production. In this role, he oversees operational efficiencies, financial management, manages supply chain and logistics, and optimizes workflows.
Pat’s career started at the age of 12 working on a dairy farm in Turlock, California, where he was born and raised. By 14, he was working in kitchens and quickly climbed the ranks to become the youngest kitchen manager at 19, responsible for overseeing a team of 24 employees. At 21, he entered the meat industry with Fulton Provision in Portland, Oregon. From 2000 to 2010, he held multiple roles including Driver, Warehouse Lead, Logistics Manager, and Purchaser, before being promoted to Vice President of Operations at just 25 years old. In 2010, he was named President of Facciola Meat and Seafood Bay Area, where he led the company until 2014. The following year, he relocated to Chicago to serve as Vice President of Operations where he managed the entire facility through 2019. From 2021 to 2024, he was the General Manager at Corfini Gourmet in Seattle Washington, handling business development, production & yields, purchasing, logistics, and P&L.
Outside of work he enjoys boating, paddle boarding, pickleball, tennis, golf, and cooking. Pat is also looking forward to marrying his fiancé Dina Mountains in 2025.
