April was a flavorful whirlwind for the Meats by Linz team as we hit the food festival circuit coast to coast—kicking off in sunny Florida and wrapping up in scenic California. From the Tampa Bay Wine & Food Festival to Pebble Beach Food & Wine, our passion for premium beef and culinary excellence was on full display.

Back for More in Tampa Bay

We were thrilled to return to Tampa Bay for our second year at the Tampa Bay Wine & Food Festival. The weekend started with two unforgettable dinners:

  • Meat Market Tampa: An epic culinary experience with legends Chef Robert Irvine, Chef Sean Brasel, and Chef Fernando Desa.
  • Epicurean Hotel Theatre Kitchen: A stunning multi-course dinner with Chef Jon Atanacio.

Guests enjoyed every bite and took home a special treat—custom Linz hats stitched live by Rose James’ onsite chain stitcher.

Chef Showdown: Turning Up the Heat

We turned up the flames as proud sponsors of three crowd-favorite events:

  • Battle Surf n Turf:  Chef Jason Ruhe, Brick & Mortar Kitchen
  • Battle Burger:  Chef Jay Narvaez, Cru Cellars
  • Battle Smokehouse:  Chef Cameron Capri, Q Southern BBQ

We closed the weekend at the Grand Tasting, where Tampa’s food lovers indulged in the finest Linz Heritage Angus beef.

West Coast Debut at Pebble Beach

Meanwhile, our team made a flavorful first impression at Pebble Beach Food & Wine, marking our inaugural appearance on the West Coast stage. From fueling creative dishes with our Linz Heritage Angus beef to sponsoring the Burgers & Barrels Happy Hour, we were honored to be part of this legendary event.
