The Linz Experience

The Linz Experience was more than an event, it was a celebration of the people, the passion, and the craft that bring our industry to life. From the moment guests arrived, they were welcomed not only with warm hospitality but also with the chance to explore new products from our partners; an opportunity to taste, discover, and hopefully spark inspiration for future menus and offerings.
Day one set the tone for the entire event with an unforgettable Welcome Party.Guests gathered for an evening of connection and celebration featuring lively dueling pianos, a custom hat bar, hand-rolled cigars, and craft cocktails. Every detail was designed to create an atmosphere where ranchers, chefs, and partners could meet, share stories, and build relationships that extend far beyond the plate. The meals throughout the event were a true showcase of our craft, each one prepared with care by Meats by Linz Corporate Chef, Nico Luna, who brought flavor and passion to every dish served.
On day two, the focus shifted to the heart of our work and the heritage behind our beef. Guests took part in tours of the Linz Heritage Angus Program and Ranch with our CEO Fred Linz, guided by Anthony Randall, Cattle Procurement Manager; Ben Weis, Ranch Manager; Justin Rhoades of Rhoades Ranch, an LHA partner; Zane Brazle, Herdsman. These tours offered a firsthand look at the cattle cycle, the dedication of our ranch partners, and the practices that ensure the quality and integrity of our beef. Conversations throughout the day explored the cattle cycle, beef science and the future of the industry, highlighting what we value most at Meats by Linz: knowledge, connection, and excellence.
As The Linz Experience ended, what stood out most was the passion and energy of everyone involved. From partners and sponsors to ranchers and chefs, this community proves that when we come together to honor the craft, we build something far greater than ourselves.
