1. New York Sour Twist (Wheat Bourbon Based Cocktail) 

Ingredients: 

  • 2 oz Rare Saint Wheated Bourbon 
  • 0.5 oz Lemon Juice 
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice 
  • 1 oz Honey Mint, Strawberry Syrup 
  • 0.75 oz St Germain 
  • Top with Sparkling Wine 
     

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients into a shaking tin 
  • Shake and double train into a coupe glass 
  • Top with a sweet sparkling wine 
  • Garnish with a small clothespin of mint and fresh strawberries 

Flavor Profile: 

  • Notes of carmel, honey, and rich vanilla 
  • Subtle notes of lemon, lime and mint strawberry

2. Ember & Elder (Rye Bourbon + Spiced Red Wine Cocktail) 

Ingredients 

  • 2 oz Rye Rare Saint 
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice 
  • 0.75 oz Demerara Syrup 
  • 0.5 oz Orange Liquor 
  • Floated with a Spice Red Wine (Tempranillo) 

Instructions: 
 

  • Add the first four ingredients into a shaking tin 
  • Shake well and double strain into a highball glass 
  • Float the top with red wine of your choosing 
  • Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.
