Linz Angus Prime Smashburgers: A March Game Day Favorite
March 10, 2026
These smash burgers are the kind of March Game Day staple that never lasts long once they hit the table. Crispy-edged patties, sweet caramelized onions, and a creamy garlic aioli come together with classic ketchup, mustard and pickles for a burger that’s simple but seriously satisfying.
They’re perfect for game day spreads where everyone’s gathered around the TV and grabbing seconds before halftime.
Here’s the full recipe as prepared by our corporate chef, Nico Luna.

Why this Recipe Works
These smash burgers are all about big flavor and simple execution. You can dress them up with cheese, pickles, or extra toppings, but the core combination alone is enough to make them disappear fast on game day.
