The Ribeye is a cut of beef from the Rib section of the cattle. This tender, juicy and flavorful cut has more naturally occurring marbling, giving it the perfect amount of fat. This cut is second-to-none when it comes to its rich, beefy flavor that you won’t find in other cuts. For bone-in steak, it’s important to note the difference between our hand-cut versus our crosscut. The hand-cut nets a steak with a full rib, while our crosscut nets a steak with a split rib bone.
